–To increase awareness and maximize the trial

  • Concept: a guy falls in love a girl but can’t speak his love out loud, we create a ambient video/photo contest on facebook to let girls tell us about the transformation of their face skin on their own experiences with Hada Labo.
  • Execution:

–Launch the “sampling” campaign for people try the product.

–After trying they are asked to join the video contest on FB application which share their feeling about the product and their love with product

–Fans 260% increased – KPI: 4000 – Achieved: 10.400

–Media : FB ads, Search, forum, influencer, online PR 110 % averagely increased

–Members upload clips: 540
